Masoud researches the legislative requirements for HEEDA’s future/developing projects. After graduating from the University of California Davis with degrees in History and Political Science, he worked as a legal assistant and researcher at the American University of Kabul Afghanistan through Stanford’s Afghanistan Legal Education Project. He has served as Judicial Clerk to Supreme Court Justice Abdul Rashid. He has also interned for the Afghan Justice Organization, where he provided research and comparative analyses for the NPO’s projects and current legislative systems throughout Afghanistan. Masoud has played an vital role in HEEDA’s project with Rabia Balkhi Hospital, where he allocated donations and supplies.
