We were further honored and guided by discussion and approval from the late Dr. Barbara Starfield shortly before she passed away unexpectedly.
The goals of this project are to gain an understanding of the state of primary care. In order to do so, we employed the Primary Care Assessment Tool (PCAT). The initial data collection say has been completed but because of the large volume of data collected, analysis is ongoing and much work remains before submission for publication.
